Absolutely. Send your logo file (preferred: black-and-white vector—.AI, .SVG, or .PDF). If you only have a picture, we can often convert it for a small setup fee. You’ll receive a proof before engraving.

For most custom patch hats, the minimum is 12 hats per design. We also run small-batch options for fundraisers and events—just ask.

Average turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available depending on hat stock.

Yes—local pickup is available in Southeast Kansas (McCune area). You’ll get pickup details via email once your order is ready.

Ready-to-ship stock hats usually leave within 1–2 business days. USPS and UPS typically deliver within 3–5 days in the U.S.

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S., but we can quote international orders—just reach out through the contact form.

Custom orders can’t be returned since they’re made to your specs, but if we made an error, we’ll make it right.

Stock hats can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
