Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You may opt for store credit instead of a refund if preferred.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping.

Restocking Fees
